• Monitor and analyze the visibility of brands across AI-powered search platforms.

3. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or data.
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the services or disrupt them.
• Use the services to transmit harmful software or malicious code.
• Attempt reverse engineering, source code analysis, or extraction by any means.

You are also prohibited from using the website for illegal purposes or causing any technical or operational damage to the website.

4. Accounts

When creating an account on Rankly:

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You assume full responsibility for any activity conducted through your account.

5. Subscriptions

• The way to access the platform services is by paying subscription fees for one of the packages.
• Payments are processed through the authorized payment provider Moyasar.
• By entering payment information, you authorize Moyasar to charge applicable fees.
• Subscription fees are charged in advance.
• The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You are responsible for cancelling the subscription before the renewal date to avoid additional charges.
• Prices may change from time to time with prior notice before the change takes effect.
• Fees are non-refundable. No amounts will be refunded for the remaining period upon cancellation.
• You can cancel your subscription from your account settings, and future billing will be stopped.
• We may provide a free trial period for certain plans or features. The trial period does not automatically convert to a paid subscription, and access ends when the trial period expires unless you manually upgrade.

6. Service Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:

• Violation of these terms.
• Misuse of the services.
• Causing technical or security damage to the website.

7. Disclaimers

The reports and analyses provided through Rankly are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice or a guarantee of specific results.

We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the data absolutely. Results may be affected by data sources or external factors beyond our control.

You are responsible for your business decisions. Rankly assumes no responsibility for any decisions based on the reports or analyses.

8. Limitation of Liability
